Hugh Ritchie5 StarAt approx 6pm on a Friday there were very few customers in the large shop. A very peaceful experience! Obviously the best time to go shopping! There were shop floor staff to help with any enquiries. The purchasing process was quick and efficient.Friday 13th May 2022
Susan ibbetson4 StarMuch better here now the cafe has been extended but WHY do they close so early?! I decided to shop later in the day to avoid crowds (4pm) and always have a coffee etc before shopping. The cafe was closing, cashing up even though the store is open till gone 8pm.
This store is still not as good as the Canterbury or Broadstairs or Coventry stores. Why?
I visit Dunelm stores wherever I travel and find the Croydon one untidy with constantly empty shelves.Tuesday 10th May 2022
