We have used this cafe frequently and today we were dissapointed by the exceptionally poor slow service. Food was fine. We also witnessed confusion over the entrance and exit which are the wrong way round. I would like to know which amoeba thought queueing between the tables is a good idea. Thankfully most people are sensible and ignored the signs. But some walked away as they were confused about entry and exit points. The duty manager was made aware of this .

Drink was horrible asked for cream tea no cream no jam when I ask older lady said wheres your recipe rude, poor young girl on the till long queue no help, I was told that I could move a table older lady moaded wish I had gone to Costa.

Good Coffee and great choice of Jacket Potatoes at good prices (£3.90 for Cheese and Beans plus side salad) in a calm atmosphere. Good kids menu and good sandwiches. Recommend.
