Louis1 StarI went to this shop with my friend looking to either rent or buy a suit for our prom, the man that walked in before us was served politely and was given the advice and help he asked for, we didn't get that, we asked for advice and were given a brocher and practically an invitation out the door. Even as younger people we should still be given the same respect and service as other customers, as a business you should treat your customers with respect and at the very least have the common decency to show them round the store or answer small questions the customers have.
We were offered none of the above, I would like to congratulate you on loosing two possible customers we will takes our business where it's wanted.

Callum Jones1 StarIf I could rate this place zero stars I would. I went in to be measured up for a hire suit around 2 weeks ago for a wedding that was 4 weeks away. I was told by Dawn that I would hear from her the next time I will need to come in, I offered to pay in full but Dawn stated there was no need. I have not heard anything from them and luckily I rang and then apparently there is no recollection of me going in at all. I would avoid this place, also the gent that answers the phone was not apologetic or helpful at all. So unprofessional.Saturday 30th April 2022
geoff burch5 StarBrilliant hired a suit from here for the granddaughters wedding extremely friendly and very pleasant staff I'm a big lad but they've got me sorted very reasonably priced too because I needed to hire it for a fortnight as we were going out of the country. If you don't want to buy a suit this is the place to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND....Saturday 11th December 2021
