Terrible company. Abusive when challenged. We were approached by sombody doing work for the company on our street and asked if we needed anything quoted. We needed a new door, having been let down by multiple other sole traders. We agreed a date for the quote and had a person visit. They made a deal for a door to be installed in 8-12 weeks and offered a discount for a positive review. They were extremely instant on this. After paying the deposit we waited two months and didn’t hear anything. The agreed installation window came and went with zero communication from the company. We attempted to call but all the customer service lines disconnected out call after a few rings. After a few days we called the original sales person who got somebody in a factory to call us and the outcome of that call was that this was essentially our fault for having chosen a colour that was out of stock, grey. We were promised a call back the next day to discuss moving forward but after a week of no contact we initiated a claim with our bank to recover the deposit. Shortly after this my wife received a call from a mobile number from as man who refused to give his name who again told us none of this was the companies fault and that we just needed to be patient ( now two months after the installation date had passed). Rude staff who are incredibly difficult to reach and a company that does not appear to have the facilities to driver the products they are selling. There are entire Facebook groups devoted to how terrible their work is when completed so perhaps we got off lucky.
