This company was suggested as a Churchill approved bodywork repair centre. The repair was a small dent about the size of a £2 coin and a broken front grille. They phoned to say the car was ready, went to pick it up. The front grille hadn’t been repaired and there was silicon fish eyes in the lacquer which they tried telling me they where stone chips. Refused repair and had to take the car back again another time. They told me would need the car for about a week. They didn’t have a hire car as they where all booked out. No news or updates for 10 days or so, i had to telephone them several times to be told that they are struggling to match the paintwork. Manufactures paint is contaminated with another colour making it difficult to match! 2 months later still trying to get my car back, same story, waiting for paint experts to come and examine paintwork blah blah. What started as a very small repair led them to respraying the front bonnet and front wings which still didn’t match and had contaminates in the paint. Even talked about having to have a complete respray! Eventually they just walked away from the job and delivered the car back to my home address leaving it up to me to sort out. With a lot of phone calls and arguing with churchill they agreed to use another body shop recommend by myself who colour matched first time! Between the two company’s i am hundreds of pounds out of pocket! You have been warned, use at your own peril. I have to say it’s the worst customer service i have received in my whole life. Reluctantly giving one star as you can’t give no stars!

The repair on my car was excellent. However the estimate given for the time taken to repair was way out. It was difficult to get meaningful updates on progress but I did end up with a quality repair in the end and the car was returned fully valeted which was nice.

I had dented bodywork with scratched paintwork repaired by East Bilney Coachworks and the completed work was exemplary. Perfect paint colour match, application and restoration; one would never know any damage had occurred. The service from the staff, particularly Jack and Dave was sublime, truly diligent and exceptional customer services. My expectations were exceeded in every way and I would recommend this company without any hesitation. Dr M. Spicer

Friendly staff, but very busy, therefore difficult to park on-site. I recommend using nearby public car parking and walk the short distance, although be aware this near-by car park is time limited. There were problems obtaining parts needed to fix cars due the the effects of the pandemic, which accounts for the vast number of damaged vehicles on site.
