My Partner and I had a very good experience buying our new (used) car here today. We went last week and had a first look. We got greeted in a very nice manner and were told to have a look at any car we want. After looking at a car for a while Bruce came out with the key and handed it to us to "Have a look at the car properly". He very much left us to it and gave us all the time we wanted/needed to properly inspect the car. No rush at all to finshish the inspection. Something I really value. All questions we had were answered and to my feeling, very honest and straightforward. He offered us a test drive and immediately let us know that the power steering was currently gone, something that was fixed a few days later (before we bought it). We left a (small) deposit and received receipts for everything. Now to today. We came by and again were told to have another look at the car, and take all the time we needed. Promptly we were handed the keys and offered to take it for another test drive, now that the steering was fixed. We decided to buy the car. Paperwork was all complete and handed over in a nice pouch. We actually decided to take the car to a garage for a quick check up afterwards. Something I would always reccommend when buying a used car (Not because I don't trust the seller, but because minor issues are normal, especially when buying a car over 10 years old). The mechanics were actually a little suprised in what good condition the car was, of course not "New", but better than they expected for a 2009 VW. All repairs that we were told by Eastend Car have been done. As a conclusion: We will always be happy to come back and trust them again with our business. Thank you again for the nice and easy transaction.

If I could give a zero score I would. I purchased a van in December, although they delivered to Edinburgh which was good off them, as soon as they left when I opened the rear door radio came on. Third gear started crunching, however just had been MOT'D. Window wipers went turns out it's blowing the fuse, wiring is knackered internally that's linked to the radio. Got the van checked over at a garage and the words were "This should never have passed an MOT. The van is dangerous. Turns out to repair it ,it will cost more than the £2000 I paid for it. Don't try calling them either, it's a Russian roulette of they are not in the office just now we will call you back. How these companies are in business is beyond me. Best bet stay clear, passing on broken vehicles that are unsafe.
