Friendly, efficient, helpful. A quick phone call secure the part I needed. They put it aside for me, even told me what to do if I arrived after closing time. They advised me on fitting, and sent me on my way with a smile.

Used twice recently for a cooker element and a cooker control unit switch. Great service, spoke to an actual person who knows what they are talking about, knows their stock levels, remembers you and is pleasant and helpful, it's all too much too take in in todays world! :) Highly recommend and will use again.

I went again to Edinburgh Components to have some information about single built-in ovens. I was looking for a not too deep unit and Jamie was very helpful, showing me what was available in store. Later on the same day I went to buy a Neff oven and was pleased to discover it was the cheapest among competitors! Great choice! Even though this model is not one of the Neff top range, it is a fantastic oven with several functions, a bright top halogen light and easy to clean. It looks amazing too! Another good thing to keep in mind is that one can drop their old appliances. Thanks so much to the staff and the owner/manager, always cheerful.
