Dreadful, we ordered via a delivery app a couple of weeks ago and the food arrived on time but half of it was missing, they knew they had done this as they had already refunded some money. we then decided to give them 1 last try on 22.07.22, i ordered for myself and my daughter (the chippy is about a mile from our house) at 19.50, was told this would be with us between 20.15 and 20.30, they then kept putting it back until they cancelled it at 21.08. this was very very poor and i will not be ordering from them again either in person or on a delivery app.

Arrived at 7.20on a Saturday night to be told sorry we aren't cooking anything as we are closing soon. I mean seriously if you can afford to turn away business at 7. 20 on a Saturday night then your business model is doomed to fail. I won't even bother to return, if a small business can turn away custom then there's no hope.
