Today I order one birthday cake and they have confirmed the delivery time between 15.00 to 17.00 pm but this was not delivered yet. I contacted them but they did not answer properly. I paid extra above 11 pounds for delivery charges also. This is my first and last time experience. I will never buy anything from there and never suggest this shop

They open at 11am am there to order my doughter birthday cake at 10.45 am. They told me to come back at 11 am I said just take the order and I puck it up later. She said no way. Its only a matter if putting info on paper, it's not a big job at all. Very bad services and won't be going there never again. They have no customer care at all. Very bad attitude and prices way to high.

They are mundane with only the limited options they have had on their menu since years. Unfortunately, very limited options for eggless cakes in the area and hence do not have any choice as a customer. Hope they explore more and bring more choices. Would advice them to look up or be inspired by places like brownie point / mongini in India. They will find more amazing cakes they can bring to the shelf with more variety and all eggless. Will look forward to seeing some change in the future. Also, it was a little frustrating to see an unreasonable jump in prices for the same cakes.
