On a honest opinion the electric fire is 5 star but the service was atrocious, the owner tried to tell me I saved £200, when I was sold the item on book price, I was sent a installer by the owner who charged me to do half the job. I had to do the rest myself. I Said to the owner only to be told I paid 1/2 price for the installation. Advice the products are great but have your own installer.

The min we walked in we were made to feel welcome they couldn't of treated us better, they were very informative about their range of fires and really helped me to come away and think about what kind of fire I needed they were really lovely will definitely go back when I make my decision on a fire thank you electric fires 10 out of 10
