Along came Clive from Element Roofing in his Smart car and wielding a drone and some time later (you have to wait for the best people!) I now have a truly beautiful (and leak-free) new roof. We were allocated Tim and his team who were very hard working, polite, professional, and who took immense pride in their work. As one of them said: "No pride, no point".
