We aim to improve the bodies’ ability to work at greater capacities of output. Build a base of aerobic fitness and ramp up the intensity. Having a strong core not only influences your performance in all areas of training, but also prevents injury and allows us to perform at our best. Good core-stability also contributes to better posture and your movement will be more efficient and powerful. Working on a joint-by-joint approach to help lubricate and mobilise major joints of the body, whether you are a novice beginning your training journey, or a seasoned performer looking to optimise your fitness – our mobility sessions will serve for your recovery & maintenance needs. Balance helps control your body while stationary and while moving. By introducing balance in to every area of training, your coordination and body awareness will improve. Not a chain-gym, not a body building gym, not a crossfit box. I wanted a place where I can work myself but also be able to have professional advice when needed. It took me a few months and few failures scanning through the gyms in the area before I entered Elements Training. Martin and Sam ( the owners ) have years of experience in the industry and this shows. The setting is flexible enough to let experienced users enjoy and beginners to benefit too. I strongly recommend if you want your own place to work or need a PT's guidance for specific goals or just want to attend a few classes per week. Top quality and great people!

I could not recommend Martin and Elements Team enough. I have thoroughly enjoyed my Advanced Personal Trainer course with Martin. He has a great way of sharing the knowledge and his vast experience in the field. He also does his very best to help you succeed while on the course and afterwards in your career. Fantastic experience!

Currently study strength and conditioning level 4 and mentoringship programme with Martin at elements, needless to say both courses are insightful with all the resources and support to go with it. Martin has been incredible through both courses and is always there to answer any question or guide you through the process. If your wanting to develop yourself in the fitness industry elements and with Martin is the place to go highly recommend 👍🏼
