tj3k4 StarI left my 1080p laptop screen to get fixed here but at first, I got a 786p Screen instead of a 1080p screen.
So I did send it back again saying the screen might be a lower resolution than Full HD and he called up his supplier and dealt with it without costing me more!
The repairer was very nice and easy to talk to as well as I walked in with someone wondering how to download videos off youtube and he calmly told them the details simply.Friday 27th July 2018
Mark Wakefield1 StarMy wife took her laptop in which had sustained water damage and required a letter for my insure company to clear a replacement. The owner seemed friendly and helpfully in this matter and we were happy to conduct business with ECS (Elite Computers Systems) on this first interaction. A letter was draw up after ECS had inspected the laptop and deemed it non repairable for a fee of £35 to which I found fair. It wasnt in till a week later when I opened up the faulty laptop to recover the hard drive data that I notice the 8gb memory module was missing. This module would have been in perfect working conditions as it was unaffected by water damage along with the working SSD chip on same side of the board. I feel ECS has taken an opportunity to profit off this part thinking we would never know. Based on this I would never uses ECS services again as I have deemed them untrustworthy.Friday 18th October 2019
