We ordered a chair at Crick Boat show several years ago, and thankfully paid 50% deposit by credit card. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, the only time the phone was answered they stated they were answering a friends mobile. Finally managed to achieve a full refund via the credit card company. No idea why we were treated like this....I would love to know!

We paid a lot for curtains, blinds & new dining covers for seating on our boat, we were told 4 weeks but it was nearer 7 & then one part was not right, we tried contacting by phone leaving messages, but no return calls - my husband has been several times to the address & never anyone there? Not at all happy

Have had a sofa bed and kitchenette sofa made by them which have a few issues after a short time. I am sure they can be resolved, but I have had no response to three requests left on their answer phone over past 2 weeks. Not good customer service.
