Matt was really polite and personable on the phone and came out late at night and was at my house within the next 25 minutes. When Matt arrived I could not fault his professionalism and again he was really polite and helpful. He fixed the issue quickly and quoted me a really great price for coming out. Kate Miller5 StarI genuinely cannot recommend this company highly enough. Matt has fixed my parents boiler within 2 hours of the initial call which was 8pm on a Friday night! British Gas who are under contract were prepared to leave two vulnerable pensioners for 5 days without heating or hot water in freezing temperatures. Matt you are a hero, British Gas are a disgrace. Matt was quick to respond and so informative and helpful. He came to the rescue and fixed the issue straight away. Matt even gave me some good tips how to prevent it in future. Ordered and fitted within 12 hours and also recommended a tip where we should save on our bills.
