Jim Ratcliffe1 StarI ordered 2 tyres for my car, and was told there was limited availability for the particular size / brand of tyre I needed. Never-the-less, Elite took the booking and an appoitment was made for the tyres to be fitted a week later.
When the appointment came, one of the tyres hadn't arrived. Fair-enough: sometimes these things happen. But what Elite failed to do was ring me to let me know, so that I could choose a different tyre, or go somewhere else.
So as a result I've had to cancel the MOT I had booked on Monday; I will probably be without the car for a couple of days, and I will have to take more time off work to sort it all out.
