From start to finish the process of sale to fitting, to completion, was effortless and a pleasure. The windows and front door are of such high quality and I absolutely love them, it really finishes the house. I have to say that the price was VERY reasonable, as my two front windows are UPVC sash. Not changing my back door made this possible and was at the suggestion of the sales manager, so they kindly changed the lock on the door. The fitting was great & while I wasn’t there in person due to being at work, my parents kindly stepped in and were very impressed, with both the standard of the windows & the quality of the workmanship to fit them. Great prices and nice finish. Over the years we had several small issues such as adjustment of door hinges and each time they have sent out their technician and fixed the problem. Well we recently found one of the bedroom windows was not closing properly and we had a draft.No problem for Elite they sent their technical guy Lee who quickly replaced the hinge mechanisms.First rate guarantee even after 9 and a half years.
