Fantastic Service! Even though we ended up choosing a room/property through a different agency, that was purely based on the preferences of accommodation and tight timescales, not because of the service. Matthew was extremely helpful and made every attempt to work within our requirements and restrictions and regularly took calls out of normal working hours. If I'm ever searching in Cambridge again, they'll be my first port of call!

I am a tenant at one of the properties managed by this company and I cannot praise Matthew enough for his quick response to our boiler breaking during this freezing time period. He was prompt and efficient with getting a plumber out first thing, as well as providing reassurance over the phone on what to do in the mean time. After a second call to check the boiler the next day, he was able to visit within 30 mins to check everything was running correctly. On top of this, he is a friendly letting agent who is happy to help where possible. It’s great to be living in one of his properties.
