Just was a bit hard to find initially when arriving late in the evening. I arrived before 22:00 and the office location as shown on the map was closed already. Tried to call, nobody picked up and I saw the phone where I was calling, ringing in front of me 🙈
Then walked around the car park and saw another tiny Enterprise hat with a light, luckily there was still one lady finishing serving a customer when I arrived. It was about 22:20 when she gave me the keys and went straight away to accept a car return from another customer. I forgot her name, but really admire such effort and dedication to work! Brittany Hunt4 StarStaff were polite and helfpul. Car was rented and returned with no issues, staff accommodating of returning the car one day early.
We did have a small issue of the 200 pound deposit not being returned as described by in-house staff (directly to credit card within the week of return) - however a quick phone call to the phone line resolved this issue very swiftly and without problem. Andrew (on the phone) was particularly helpful and a pleasure to deal with.Saturday 3rd September 2022
Etienne Grau2 StarWith a proper reservation and a fast check in inside the car rental center, we waited for one and half hour outside by their car desk in the cold and rain without any accommodations nor proper informations provided by the personal. We had chosen enterprise because we had very convenient experience with them in the past, it has change.
We were there on a Monday afternoon during the summer break and there was approximately 7-8 other groups waiting for their cars.

Paul Watkinson1 Star[Edit 24/4/22 - received a refund from Enterprise Head Office, but also an aggressive email from the branch manager. Avoid this branch if you can, though Enterprise in general were responsive to my complaint.]
Buyer beware. Just had an unpleasant experience: apparent tyre damage spotted on the front-left tyre spotted by one employee. She relayed this information to her colleague because I complained. Her colleague checked that same tyre, couldn’t find any evidence of damage, then checked the front-right tyre and had the audacity to claim that there was damage there. At this point I started filming, suspecting a scam, so I have evidence of the inconsistency. I also filmed the car before I drove it, and though it’s a little unclear it looks like the ‘damage’ to the left-front tyre (a tiny indent) was already there. Extremely concerning service from Enterprise. I’ll attempt to avoid paying the £200 excess but the whole experience was deflating (not literally).Friday 22nd April 2022
