Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Stoke-on-Trent London Road

My van hire was not available when I arrived due to circumstances outside of their control (although see below: it's not clear whether this is the case). They compensated by delivering the van to my home address and gave me a quarter tank of free petrol. They lost a star because on three occasions I felt I was being lied to, consistent with what other reviewers are suggesting. The first was that I was initially told the van was being cleaned up for me while I waited, and then was told the van had broken down somewhere (so they weren't cleaning the van for me while I was waiting). The second was that they told me they had set off to deliver the van more than an hour before it actually arrived, but I live only 15 minutes away (and I phoned back after 30 minutes and was given the same story that it's on its way). The third was that the van I was supposed to take had broken down in Belgium, but then another colleague independently mentioned that a van had broken down in Belgium, but that was three-four days prior.

Great bunch of lads. Communication was great and handled everything professionally. Car hire was through an insurance claim so was refreshing to get such good service from both Aviva and Enterprise!

Very poor service . Will not use or recommend this company to anyone .we were let down at the last minute having given four days notice to hire a car through through AA .chased up the hire car with enterprise london road three times ( them telling us each time they'll get back in touch in 10 minutes but us ringing them after 30 minutes) The reason no car was a nail in a tyre of the car we should have had .How long does it take to renew a tyre these days ?? From first speaking to them at 9 in the morning to waitng till 4.30 to be let down and explaining to the children they would not be going to Alto Towers the next day i, its a very poor effort from them . Do not use or trust them .

I have recently had a courtesy car from enterprise on London Road and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The lads were all very polite and really helpful each time I rang and it didn't matter who I spoke to they were excellent. I would definitely use again and recommend them. They are a credit to this company. Keep up the good work.
