daniel roberts1 StarMy insurance put in a hire request with this hire company 2 days ago for an automatic car. They made no effort to contact me, when I rang them they said they had the wrong number. I'm a little suspicious as I'm sure these insurance companies will have some automated mean of sending over details. Probably means they can charge the insurance company without having to provide a vehicle to the customer. After ringing they said they have no cars and will get back to me. I rang them 24hr later and same story, they asked if I'd take a manual over an automatic which I agreed to. They said they would get back to me shortly and still not heard anything hours later. Surely they have some cars to hire!! I may have to contact my insurance company to ask if it's possible to use another hire company although it may be too late for my needed use of the vehicle.Wednesday 15th February 2023

Jay K1 StarHad a hire vehicle in March, and received a email with an invoice for £250 as damage was caused by us. Not only it took them 7 months to come back to us luckily we had taken pictures of the damage, had we not have taken any pictures we would have had to pay for damage that was not caused by us. Then when you try to get in touch they never answer the phone!!!! Stay alert, take pictures off EVERY single mark on the hire car or else you’ll be held accountable for!!Tuesday 8th November 2022
