Poor workmanship. Guarantee not worth the paper it's written on. Windows cloudy after only a fews years. Don't respond to calls. Suspect the good reviews are fake.

Not fensa registered so you wont get a certificate what ever they say ,windows whistle when windy and the workman ship slap dash they had to come back 3 times to put stuff right ,believe me if I had paid them they would have not come back , there finishing is horrendously ,no finishing strips just thick silicone everywhere not even smoothed.you might be attracted by cheap quote but it's cheap for a reason they not registered and rubbish

Workmanship dreadful, service worse, when I complained I got an abusive person on the phone threatening me. Windows not fitted properly 6 of them blown (condensation inside), had to replace all mortar from the horns of the old sill boards and as others have said inadequate silicone meaning when windy sounds like a kid with a paper and cone on the window ledge. Only thing you can say about them is CHEAP.

Aftercare service is terrible contacted them in August regarding problems with windows and door that were fitted in 2019, promised some one would call ,no show have repeatedly phoned and emailed asking when they will come as I have one window that won't close at all , 2 more that they won't close properly , contacted yet again Wednesday as was promised someone will be here Tuesday still no show and was promised a return call with a new date still nothing, not happy

The only thing that is epic about this company is the epic LACK of customer service. Had a door fitted in December, costing £770, which was not fitted correctly as I have a draught coming in from left side. Then 2 big lumps appear on the front of the door. Phoned Epic said someone would come round. About 3 weeks later Simon comes round to look and put right. Said I need a new door panel and it should take about 10 days....this was on 16th March. On April 13th after not hearing from them I messaged to see what was happening, no response. Phoned them on 14th April and was told they were just about to contact me...(what a coincidence!), and that they had the new panel and would be in contact on Monday 19th to arrange a time to fit on Wednesday 21st (today) I still haven't heard from them. Now contacting Trading Standards to report as the door is not fit for purpose. The panel front is now coming away from the glass pane making it unprotected from the rain. Total disgrace of a company and before you reply to this comment that you 'wasn't aware' or any other excuse you seem to reply to any negative reviews on google, maybe you should just get the problem sorted. Avoid at all costs people and spend your money with a more reputable company.
