Five stars is not enough, for this fantastic firm! The solicitors were super efficient, always ahead of the game and responding immediately with the answers, regardless of what we were asking- it seems from the below that regardless of who, you can expect a similar service and nothing is too much trouble for these guys. We cannot recommend Eric Smith highly enough they have supported us throughout the daunting and stressful process of purchasing our first property. They have shown real professionalism and held our best interests at heart! They are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and have always been there when we needed them! We will recommend their services to our friends and family! Thanks again!

It’s not very often that the cheapest option is the best solution, but in this case it was. I was purchasing a place and I was put in contact with Eric Smith through a solicitor broker and as they were over £1000 cheaper than some of my original quotes including my estate agents in-house guy, I had some slight reservations. I also thought to myself how on earth can the quotes be so drastically different. This isn’t my first house purchase so I do have experience of what to expect and It was a simple transaction where it was only myself and the seller in the chain. All this being said, from the date my offer was accepted to the date I picked up the keys was 2 months exactly. If you’re not gob smacked, you should be. The service I received was impeccable. My case handler was Kiran and I never had to chase her once. She was 10 steps ahead at every stage already prepared for the next task before it even happened. She very quickly demolished any thoughts I had about Eric Smith being cheap, and I will be 100% recommending the company to anyone that asks if I know a good solicitors. I wanted to write this review because I respect the hard work that goes into getting a job done at a fair price. I believe I would’ve struggled to receive the same service from a company that wanted to charge me £1000 more. Thank you, and keep up the good work.
