Craig Callaghan1 StarShocking customer service! Rodium service was few month out of date. After been assured by member of staff because of covid we were okay to come in to send ring away for cleaning, only to be told NO because it's out of date.
We explained the situation only to be told that member of staff does not work their anymore and they will not help us!
