Booked an appointment, they made me wait two hours! I went with two of my friends, one of them was bleeding from the lack of experience of her nail tech. my other friend got nails that look like a five year old did them. ALL of the nail techs we had were so aggressive and rough with our nails to the point of it instead of it being an enjoyable experience it was painful. There was a plethora of people who had to wait an outrageous amount of time. When I asked my technician to fix something he rolled his eyes at me and let out a rude sigh. Would definitely not recommend coming here, the service is unacceptable and the standards have fallen rapidly.

I visited here today and had a good experience! I showed them a couple different pictures and explained how I’d like them since I wasn’t able to find a specific reference picture. They listened very well and it was executed extremely efficiently and delicately. I am highly satisfied with the results and the staff were very excited for me as well. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for high quality nail art and manicures. So happy with the results which are attached! :))

I went to have my nails done on Saturday 26/08/2023 but I had a frankly awful experience. I had an appointment for 10 am and arrived at 09.53am. The shop was not opened at the time and I met two young white ladies waiting outside. The three of us waited until the shop opened at 09:58. While entering another white lady (older than the first two) joined the three of us. On entering they checked our bookings all three of us were for 10 am and I presume the fourth lady too. They immediately attended to the three white ladies and I was given a chair to sit. Although I was the third person I was left sitting. A while later later two white ladies arrived- a daughter and her mother-. They had evidence of their booked appointment but somehow the salon could not find their booking and they had to argue this point with their confirmation of booking on their mobile phone. Eventually, one of the nail technicians found their booking on his phone. All the while I was waiting. This is when I enquired about the delay. A male colleague was extremely rude to me. There was no explanation they could give for their behaviour and attitude. The experience left me feeling like I had be discriminated against because of my skin colour. I made this explicitly clear to them. All the five white customers agreed that it was unacceptable and apologised for what they had witnessed. It left me wondering why would anyone treat a black customer different to other customers? I would not recommend this salon to anyone with a dark skin.

ES nails are amazing! All the staff are friendly and helpful. They even help you pick a colour and design! I have been going to ES nails for over 7 years and am very happy with the service! I always love my nails! Plus the shop is always clean and fresh. Perfect service.

Awful experience. I called and booked an appointment. I turned up on time and waited for 45 mins - 1 hour. I asked them how long I would have to wait and a gentleman there sent me back and forth to their sister salon (a few doors away). The lady from there said they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me today and that they overbooked. This is completely unacceptable, especially after making me wait an hour. Surely if this was the case, they should’ve just said from the moment I arrived? Second awful experience I’ve had with ES. I gave them the benefit of the doubt going back a second time but I definitely, absolutely won’t be going back again. They don’t value anyone else’s time but their own.
