Escoben care agency came into our lives at a time of considerable anxiety and quickly made a difficult time easier. As sole carer for my husband, who has dementia and diabetes,I am impeded by osteoarthritis. This month, I had total knee replacement surgery. Prior to admission I was anxious and struggling with going into hospital and leaving hubby, even with proposed care packages. Esther and Bernice, from Escoben, quickly put my mind at ease. I was particularly reassured by their commitment to continuity of care-giver, so important with dementia. A previous care-agency never sent the same person twice and attendance times were wide ranging. With Escoben, we have the lovely Bernice, who attends all calls, on time, with a cheerful attitude. With support from Escoben in place, I was, in the end, not nearly as worried as I thought I'd be, while in hospital. Since discharge, Bernice now continues to provide care and support for both hubby and myself, as I recover from major surgery. I can't praise her enough, she is reliable, considerate and attentive to our needs, often doing things before I've even remembered to ask. Given we have dogs and Bernice was initially nervous of them, this is a further illustration of her commitment to help care for us. Esther, the manager, also allayed my concerns, over a minor query over medication, when I was in hospital. She immediately attended our home, calling me when she got there to clarify and resolve the issue. This meant a lot to me at the time. Thank you Esther and Bernice.

Two ladies come every day and take care of my friend they are doing a great job with professional attitude towards their client they are jolly caring clean and tidy it is their desire to make sure that my friend is treated not only as a client but as a person and they have done just that I give them top marks and hope it continues
