Unbelievable. I used the car wash on a busy day, and after waiting over half an hour in the queue have been fined £100 for "parking", although of course I wasn't parking at all. Have appealed but was not successful because apparently when you drive in you enter into a contract not to be on site for more than 30 minutes. This doesn't happen at the car wash just round the corner towards Stirchley. Will now always avoid, please take note.

One of the best car washes we've ever had. We normally use an imo car wash but the car wash here was miles better with separate brushes to clean the wheels. Would defo use again. Could do with a sign before entering the car wash with how to purchase washes.

they sell f’real milkshakes here and they’re very nice- 3.75 each they also have self serve pot noodle station things, pastries, a costa machine and a microwave

A nice big petrol station that stocks all variants off fuel and food for your home it is well laid out the staff are friendly and it has a easy access car wash it isn't the cheapest in the area but it is on the main Birmingham to kings Norton /Redditch road by Kings Norton railway station

Absolute disgraceful experience at this store, visited just past midnight on 18th March 2023, was first greeted by a rude individual who i was collecting a delivery from, it seemed like he was having a bad day at work and just let his anger out at a delivery driver, he refused to give me the delivery first because it seemed like his mates where waiting around and he wsnted me to cancel so his mates get the delivery, i wasnt having any of it and took the delivery. i just want to warn others to be careful . Seems like some of the workers, well the one that was on tonight gets his mates to come and accept deliveries and doesnt like others accepting
