At the end of the day it's a garage, you fill you own car up, you collect your own trees you scan your own payment card, what more is there? Oh yes customer service! Realistically in this type of enterprise there is none, i would love yo be greeted, love some interaction whist my goods are scanned, love a cheery ' good bye and come again* but no that was never going to happen, garages are money pits we throw money at without any loyalty, on leaving I used the car wash, £8.99 for the top of the range wash, should have just got a hosepipe and sprinkled it, will not be using that again, and unless absolutely necessary I won't be making a mad dash to return, the smell of McDonalds just across the carpark is all pervasive with the smell lasting for a while inside the car even though I had been nowhere near other than the garage.

I would visit this place for the car wash once a month. In the past I would use one of the jet washes but both contactless terminals were broken. So o opted of a gold £8.99 wash at the automatic car wash and boy I could have flushed that money down the toilet and would have the same result. The wash did not nothing else with my car except for making it wet. Had to go to another place next day to wash the car.

How they think they can charge 40p+ more per litre for autogas is just daylight robbery. Yesterday we filled up at LPG station near Telford and it was still 65p per litre. Other places in Peterborough within 1 mile are charging 70p or less! I wonder what would happen if they tried to charge 2.20 for diesel?

My review has changed, they are thieving useless wastes of space! Don’t even think about using the jet washes or car wash because 90% of the time they don’t work and you’ll never see your money again. Came here daily for fuel, and weekly to wash my car and truck, now they will never see me agains. Customer service is shocking and just excuses to not give me my money back AVOID AT ALL COSTS
