This company should be bringing the end of Halfords and any other high price retailer of motor parts. Bigger range. Better pricing. Knowledgeable staff with good manners for the public and rapport for the trade. Long live ECP. ! (Ex trade,ex wholesaler,ex retailer - I've done em all)

10 Times better than Avonmouth Kiran and abby and I think it's dee little short lady always smiling and a few other staff keep this place going. Euro could treat their staff a little better considering the work they put in

Rude and unprofessional. Placed an order online for delivery in 2-3 days (stock coming from this branch) 2 weeks later, still hadn't arrived. After speaking to customer service twice I was advised it was at the branch and it should of been sent out by now. I arranged with the branch to collect instead. Upon arriving two members of staff were smoking at the front entrance. I pulled into the carpark outside the shop and as I was getting out my vehicle a female member of staff called over I wasn't allowed to park there it was only for their vans... no signage and the shop was dead at 8.40am in the morning. Was made to take the car to a different car park even though I was picking up an online order (which they screwed up) Not coming back to this branch. The woman on reception should get some lessons in customer service and get some signs to say staff only parking. Jobsworth.

Got what I wanted but the buying experience was timely and ridiculous. Firstly, the staff parking is right in front and customer parking off the side which tells you something. Also It has a hight barrier for a shop that sells mainly to trade. As I drive a van with a roof rack I parked on Staff parking just to be immediately chased away by a rude staff member. Came to the shop with a screenshot of what I wanted just to be told that the prices in store are 45% higher. So I went though the online checkout right in front of the checkout person again. Then it took 10min for my order to travel all across the internet to reach their system. Paid first and then they couldn't find my last item however team effort proved successful in solving this mystery. Products on shelves have gaps, some have prices on them, some don't. The shop could be clean but things randomly placed and lots of stickers makes it look like a bedroom of a teenager.
