Used Euro car parts multiple times with no issues with regards receiving parts. However my issue is with the refundable deposit surcharge, I looked at the FAO questions to get my head around the fact that I'm ordering a part to put and use in car long term so why would I return?? I phoned the my nearest dealership and the sales person responded to my query with "you pay the cost quoted" and hung up. Terrible customer service or a employee sick of a stupid idea by upper management?
