Horsford Village Hall5 StarFire doors supplied by Euro Frame were badly fitted by an independent fitter.
When the hall contacted Euro Frame they first got in contact with the fitter to see what had gone wrong.
They regularly visited the hall explaining why the doors were not closing properly. The fitter did refit them in accordance with Euro Frame instructions.
Following this Euro Frame came back to check the work had been done correctly and one of their own staff refitted rubber seals and made a few adjustments.
They went far and beyond what I had expected of a supplier. Fantastic service, will use again.Saturday 30th September 2017
Claire Loveday5 StarEuroframe Limited are a small run business who supply to the Trade, they can supply to the public but they do not fit windows or conservatories but they do have Customers who would be happy to give you an installation quote separately. Euroframe make Composite doors and Bi-fold Doors on site now also. Euroframe do not have a show room but you are welcome to come in and look at what they make.
Also Euroframe would like the lady who gave a false statement about them to contact them to to retract the review. Euroframe will always do their absolute best to help, and if there is a problem will always make sure this will be sorted as they do not like to leave anyone feeling unsatisfied.Thursday 21st September 2017
