Matthew Sowter1 StarI made a booking online where i paid for the Taxi service upfront. Within 30 minutes of making the booking i was send a text message to say that my booking had been declined. The money payment was not refunded. After contacting them 13 times via email and telephone i have still not got a refund. Their customer service is very very poor. Most importantly this is a fraudulent company, i would strongly advise not to use them based upon my experience.Friday 8th July 2022
Poonam Kaur5 StarBooked airport transfers with Everest Taxis. A driver called Zed dropped 6 of us and also picked us up. He was super helpful, on time and kept in contact with us as he ended up waiting quite a while due to airport chaos. He even offered us water when he collected us. Bobade Bunmi1 StarI booked an airport pickup a week before the arrival and I was sent a message that they’ve cancelled the pickup few hours before the pickup..I have called several for my £60 to be refunded over a month ago and I still haven’t gotten a refund.
Please don’t use there service, they are fraudulent. The one star is because I don’t have a choice I would have rated them -100.Wednesday 31st August 2022
Ravi Sonecha1 StarThis was an awful service. We booked our taxi for 12.30 and the driver was 40 minutes late. I called the operator, who advised that the driver would be with me soon. The operator kept calling me dear-I explained that I am a professional woman and would not like to be referred to as dear, he then called me a drunk. I will 100% not be using this service again. Not only a backwards male run service, but late, unprofessional. As a woman I would never recommend this service. For the men travelling with me- the professionalism was appalling and they will also never be using this company again. The managers name is Khan- please do not engage if you would like a rational conversation.Saturday 2nd July 2022
Tanya Goodwin5 StarGreat taxi service. Fast, reliable and professional. You can book online and then the manager Raj keeps in touch via text, so you can update him on things like if your train was delayed etc. A lovely friendly service! 🥰Friday 8th July 2022
