Chris Butterworth3 StarThe gym itself is great. Easy to use machines and free weights. Nice pool and sauna as well.
Customer service from Head office is non existent. I needed to freeze my account and using the app I did. When I was charged for the full month I asked the gym staff to arrange reimbursement. They directed me to head office. A call informed me phone lines were closed and to email. Still had no response. Very disappointed.Saturday 6th August 2022
Amy Johnson1 StarTo be honest this gym is shocking. You can’t get a proper workout done without half of the machines being out of order. Swear half of the time they just put the posters on the machines for the sake of it because I’ve gone on the machine and it’s been fine and working well, nothing wrong with it. If I was the owner of this gym, I wouldn’t even open it or would put the price down to £5. You can see why it’s only £10 a month. Not worth the money for what you get. Golf break804 StarGreat value for money imo. Well kitted out clean gym plenty of equipment. Everything I need for £10pm can’t complain really. Lost my wireless earphones someone handed them in 👍 staff have been friendly and helpful when I’ve interacted with them.Sunday 20th March 2022

Kate Dagnall1 StarPlace is grubby overall, hairs in the showers are still there days later. Rubbish on the bottom of the pool, even at opening time. Pool & air temperature is more often cold, showers are luke warm or cold. Hairdryers are useless. Need to employ cleaners & get their act together, if they want to retain members. The double swimming lane is often unavailable with kids lessons, even if there's only 1 child having a lesson. Don't members pay to use these facilities ?Tuesday 26th April 2022
