He was extremely personable and kind, made an effort to understand where I was financially, asked the right questions in terms of my life goals and offered frank and valuably advice about what I should focus on in the next 12 months, what I should expect and what actions I should make today in order to meet my goals. His approach is person centred not sales centred which was reassuring. He spent time with me discussing the many varied questions I brought to him and provided me with lots of options to move forward with.
