Shoddy, cold and sub par order, dry chicken, cold chips, cold garlic mushrooms, an absolute excuse for a burger, when I called I just kept getting told I don't understand and the manager was at home, horrendous experience, I will never order from here again. AVOIDDDDDDDDDD AT ALL COSTS

Honestly can’t think of any way my experience could be worse realistically. The staff were unbelievably rude it actually ruined my day. They spoke to me like I was something they stepped in when I was paying them money for a service. I think I saw rats in the area too so I wasn’t looking forward to eating my food (overpriced by the way). I finally get home and I’m praying that my food will be enjoyable after my terrible time at the store and I was severely disappointed unfortunately. The food was bland and mushy and quite frankly it was some of the worst stuff I’ve put in my mouth and you really don’t wanna know what’s been in there. Funnily enough I’d enjoy cold McDonald’s 100 times more than the gruel they charged me money for. Please I beg of you to avoid this dump like the plague, absolutely shocking example of a business. The cartel provide better service. I wish I could five 0/5 stars but google hasn’t even seen something as bad as this before. Shocking.

I am so sorry to be writing this, however, the food that I have just received was absolutely abysmal, I am in complete shock on how utterly poor the food was. My stomach is in pain, the meat was condensed and roar and the sauce was clumpy. I made an attempt to call them to inform them on the discomfort it has made to my stomach and asked politely for a refund. He then proceeded to end the phone on me and block my number.

'Excellent' shouldn't be in the name. What a joke. Curry 'sauce' was cold and a solid block. Chips are inedible and chicken clearly cooked by chef Mic. (Food containers are sealed with microwaveinstructions on the top 😂) Do not order from here - the risk of illness is high.

I ordered 2x chicken kebabs with mayonnaise & salad .. to my disappointment & amazement the kebab came in a cardboard box that had just the kebab meat & pitta in it & the salad came in a plastic container as did the mayonnaise to say we were disappointed is an understatement.. I have eaten kebabs from Worcester kebabs since moving here and NEVER had a kebab like this one , I shall never order from this shop again.. it was a huge mistake.
