Completely ruined my wedding dress, refused to give me any compensation and was very rude when I asked for a refund to get it cleaned elsewhere. I took it to another dry cleaner who said there was nothing they could do and the damage was permanent.Saturday 29th April 2023
lewis.adams-dunstan lewis.adams-dunstan1 StarI am currently in talks with the Management at Exclusive Dry Cleaning about 3 REISS jackets that were ruined after having the arms taken up (the items are literally unwearable). I am expecting a reasonable response as I have been using this dry cleaners for 4 years. We have 80 people in my office at Darwin Recruitment currently and a large number of these people use this particular dry cleaners on a weekly basis, I am confident that our loyalty will last pending a fair settlement. Tony Wickert4 StarNothing wrong with dry cleaning and friendly enough service. I've had a couple of items taken up and, knowing it is done off site, can't complain. I would say the adjustments done to my trousers weren't of the absolute highest quality but reasonable for the price paid.Friday 25th May 2018

Worst dry cleaners ever!!! They ripped my dress, lost buttons and lost a gem. They pretend as if nothing happen and when I confronted them about it they said nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and they said they would get him to call.... he never did and I had to keep calling!!! Still waiting to hear back!!
