Andy provided an excellent service. He was punctual, friendly and good humoured. He explained carefully what he thought the problem was with our doors and what he would do to fix it and did exactly what he said he would do.
This is a man who knows his trade and delivers on his promises.
We would be happy to recommend him to friends and relatives and if we have a problem with another door or window we know who to call.
Yesterday he came again to fix a problem with our french windows. He arrived when he said he would, fixed our doors quickly and was friendly and helpful. He is a real expert on doors, windows and their locking mechanisms and seems to enjoy the challenge of a slightly difficult locking mechanism.
