Very disappointed with this company, ordered in July, fitted end of September, Its now end of October, had 3 visits, installation is the worst I have experienced, leaks, difficult to close and unfinished. Had to have a building inspector look at this and told to get quotes to put right. We have been told the whole frame is distorted and sitting too proud outside the house causing water to run inside the frame. It has now been 12 months since the installation -, no progress has been made, despite three managers and attempts to resolve the situation. Today the sliding door, still opens up hill and when heavy rain, comes through the frame. Looks like we have been abandoned and now time for the legal process to start after waiting such a long time.

Me and my partner paid our deposit for new doors and we had the surveyor round (knowing money would need to be taken for the surveyors time, we unfortunately had to cancel our order but thought under the circumstances we would get most of it back as we were only a small amount of time out of the termination period). However, after speaking to the team, they said a manager would get back in contact to see whether we could receive a refund of some of our deposit as we had some illness in the family, meaning we were having to make multiple trips across the world, therefore loosing income and spending a lot on flights. We intended on going back to EYG once the family matter had been resolved but couldn’t commit to the following year because of the uncertainty of the situation ( all explained to the company). This was in Nov and now we are in Jan and I’ve still heard nothing. Poor customer service during such a fragile time of our lives.

Completely useless. I arranged an appointment, they called to confirm the appointment the day before telling me I needed a second person there so my partner took time off work and they did not show up.

We had a door put in five years ago to this day it still leaks at the bottom tips in water when it rains numerous times we’ve had them out to have a look so we’ve left a message with them and didn’t get back to us on Monday where we have to get back to them today about the problem again the woman at the end of the line turned around and said oh it’s you again we don’t really want to speak to you and don’t really want to sort the problem out trading standards should be notified about these problems with EYG

Just had a door canvasser on my door step. He was quite abusive and decided that as he walked off he called me a "helmet". When I questioned him about his comment, he made reference to the fact that he makes various comments to his girlfriend which he doesn't mean. At that point, I asked him to get off my property. At no point did he apologise for his ridiculous comment. I appreciate that door canvassing is not easy, but door canvassers from EYG need to be a little more polite.
