Sourdough is a great source of several minerals such as iron and selenium. Iron is an essential part of red blood cell production and energy metabolism. Selenium helps protect our immune system, cells and tissue. It is also a great source of many B vitamins, which assist in proper nervous system function and help regulate our metabolisms. Prebiotic’s are a type of indigestible fiber that keep your gut healthy by feeding the good bacteria, called probiotics, that live there. The presence of prebiotics in sourdough is thought to make it easier to digest than many other breads and the presence of probiotic cultures have shown to increase vitamin and mineral absorption. The digestability of a sourdough loaf allows the protein within the flour to be more ready available. The flours used in most sourdough breads are of a high protein extraction rate varying from 10%-16%. Sourdough brakes down this bland protein so it is a lot more digestible. This gives our sourdough the chewy characteristics that people love!

Such a good pizza place! It’s delicious and I definitely recommend! I hope it’s as good when they deliver as it is when you dine in, because I’m definitely switching to them now! It’s not a super pretty restaurant or anything, they have some tables upstairs so you can enjoy your pizza in, but it’s very basic decor. But oh my, their pizza is worth trying, you won’t regret!

This was our first Fat Toni's pizza and certainly won't be our last. The kids absolutely loved it, as did we. Delivery time was just unbelievably fast (within 40 mins from order to delivery). I totally recommend the 20" Noah's ark pizza and the chilli jam (caution: super spicy). Overall, a lovely Friday evening family dinner.

Appalling standards, dishonest staff. I have just picked up a take-out from Regent Street Cheltenham. 18.30hrs, 30.8.2022. Two ladies serving from the take-away hatch. The website is not updated, web says £16, they tried to charge £18. Next I said there is no fresh basil on the pizza, they said it is in the sauce. the menu online says there is "fresh basil" as with margherita pizzas served pretty much at all reasonably good pizza places/restaurants. I also ate there with my nephew last Friday, they had fresh basil on the pizza. When I mentioned this the younger brunette lady said, "we make it differently if you eat in. Or we can charge you extra if you want fresh basil on top." CON-MERCHANTS, Rather than just accept their mistakes and correct them, they chose to lie! Highly recommend you avoid this place. Appalling services served up with a side of lies.

The 20 inch pizzas are incredibly good value for the quality of ingredients. Good char on the crust, tasteful amount of cheese, plenty of places to eat your slices outdoors in the summer. Only minor gripe is that delivery can sometimes take quite a while- it can be better to pre order if you are organised.
