Fabio showed true professionalism and readiness to work on every aspect, patience and willingness to explain everything and make everything go smoothly and well. I have used FD Plumbing and Heating several times (loft water tank issue and plumbing issue with bathroom basin) as well as my annual boiler service and the service has been excellent - professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Fabio De Gregorio was totally AWESOME!!! He arrived on time, he was very professional, knowledgeable, resourceful and very compassionate with my disabled brother and 84 year old mother. He fixed our blocked shower on the spot without us needing a 2nd visit. Fabio was really a Rock Star, he tested and make sure we were all set to go and how to use the shower better. Fabio is TOTALLY AWESOME!!

This friendly, experienced and professional plumber helped me today removing a couple of cast iron rads whilst renovations take place. He was on time, knew his stuff, worked quickly but carefully and did the job perfectly. I would certainly recommend and will definitely use again.
