Not recommended in case you want to have a peaceful tenancy. I found a property for rent through them, and renting for 3 months now. Within these 3 months I'm constantly bothered with various queries, 5-6 times for one topic. My name and phone number was shared with 10 ppl ( all the owners in the building where I live) in an email chain without my permission of course= data protection??? I asked the agency to stop these acts several time and communicate the same to the landlord but they do not get the common sence. Last time I was bothered 20 minutes before an important job interview by someone from another building. Of course I never gave my number to this person and did not even know who she was. She is living in another building so quite shocking she has my number!!! As stated in one of the previous comments, they do not value tenants at all. Remember tenants are your customers, not slaves, you talk about tenants in emails like slaves!!! There are points in the tenancy agreement/ law you and the landlord has to comply with. You and the landlord simply went too far to share my name and phone number with 10 people! I lived and rented properties in 4 countries but never had such a poor and terrible experience, just shocking behaviour.

Not only was Melanie professional, she was also extremely helpful and patient as we maneuver our way across the intricacies of setting up house in the UK.
