The greatest and most effective tools we have at our disposal to look after our bodies are nutrition and exercise. I want to help you develop behaviours that can be maintained long term. We will work together to develop an exercise and nutrition program which will help you achieve your goals. Instead of giving you a bland and unsustainable meal plan, my aim is for us to work together to build new habits and make better food choices, for a healthier and more satisfying life. I don’t use a ‘one size fits all’ approach. We will work together to develop a completely unique plan, tailored to your requirements. Rather than adopt a ‘one size fits all’ approach, or purchase well-known weight loss clubs or diet packages, I will work with you to find a holistic and personalised approach, that not only fits your lifestyle but will allow you to see results whilst enjoying the process. 'Tony has been magnificent from start to finish. A thorough assessment at the start allowed him to tailor a programme around my individual needs. He has provided me with tons of very helpful information and kept me focused on my goals throughout the process. 'I’ve been working with Tony for the past three months and his help has been invaluable. I’ve always found it difficult to know how to eat the right things as I am a vegetarian, this means my diet can be somewhat restricted and I’ve always been stuck in a cycle where I struggle to stay motivated, get frustrated and give up. Tony tailored my plan to suit my individual needs and wasn’t at all phased by my dietary restrictions and very respectful of my vegetarian lifestyle. He was even able to help me identify ‘trigger’ foods and gave me some really helpful advice and reading on how different foods can affect me.

I googled local personal trainers as I wanted someone close to where I live and found Feel good was within walking distance. Ideal, rang Antony and discussed, planned and set goals. Tony is very professional, pushes you to achieve your goals, gives you advise where needed and is an overall great Personal Trainer! 👍 Also he has a great app to help & track you along the way couldn't recommend enough.

I’ve been working with Tony at Feel Good for just over 6 months and it’s been a total revelation. In the past I’ve really struggled with confidence and motivation and found that most personal trainers just deliver a one-size-fits-all service. Tony is the complete opposite. We didn’t just jump in to a random programme, Tony took everything into account and spent a lot of time getting to know me and what my fitness goals are. He then tailored a plan specifically for me and my busy life (I have 2 kids under 2!) he was realistic and made it clear that reaching those goals isn’t a quick fix. It takes dedication but he would do everything he could to get me there. Since starting training with Tony I have remained motivated and much more confident. I have progressed so much more since starting my plan with Tony than I have in nearly 10 years of visiting a gym. Just having someone who really knows their stuff and is passionate about what they do has meant I’m seeing actual results, feeling better and fitter than I ever have Needless to say I highly recommend Feel Good coaching.

After years of aimlessly wandering round the gym I needed a plan so I went to Feelgood Coaching and Nutrition. Anthony was knowledgeable and motivational. Really puts you through your paces in his gym and gives you the tools you need to work to a plan and encourages you to stick to your goals. Great nutritional advice as well 👍🏼💪🏻

6 months at Feelgood has flown by! Tony has created a bespoke training and nutrition plan for me which has evolved through the year and I’m achieving great results. Tony does all the planning so you don’t have to and gives great advice on technique. I feel so much more confident in a much more varied range of weight exercises than before and I’m consistently hitting PBs. Tony also helped with my Manchester marathon training and diet plan. Whatever your goals are, Tony has a plan waiting for you.

Feelgood Coaching has been great to keep me motivated. Like everyone I’ve had ups and downs with my training programme. Anthony has provided training schedules and honest advice remotely and it’s worked really well for me. There’s always been positive motivation, encouragement and no judgment to keep me on track. Plus mixing up my workouts to help me progress along with nutrition advice and now I can see real results! I’m extremely happy with Feelgood coaching and I’m excited to keep improving my fitness.
