An eye test is a vital health check for your eyes. Every adult needs an eye test every two years, and some people may be advised to have a test more often.
During the eye test Ian checks if you need glasses, but he does much more than that too. When you have your eyes examined, Ian checks for eye diseases like glaucoma that you might not be aware that you are developing. He can also see signs of conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes when he checks the eye.
Many of these conditions are treatable, but it is best to get them detected before they start causing problems. An eye test can save your sight, and help you stay healthy too!

May prescription is difficult and currently have an eye medical condition, but they both understood instantly what was required and explained fully what was to be done.
I’ve picked up my new glasses today and the usual excellent service was provided.
A really lovely couple where nothing is too much trouble. I’m very very happy with my new glasses and will not be going anywhere else for my eye care.

Ian and Bernie made him feel completely at ease especially as everyone was wearing masks and gloves and it can feel quite intermediating for a young child. Brilliant family business!
I usually go to a main stream optician but in the past I have felt it's a one in, one out kind of service. Then the hard sell with the glasses.
So I thought I'd make a change. I am so glad I did...
Family run, friendly businesses are great because they want to deliver the best service. They exceeded my expectations and surpassed what they set out to do.
I felt very safe with all the stringent Covid measures in place.
The eye examination was thorough, and on point with great technical kit..
I purchased some new glasses, with some great and honest advice on what glasses suited me regardless of price.
They took less than a week to arrive. I am very pleased with them. They look and feel great after some tailored adjustments.
I have already recommended this business and definitely would continue.
