Filigree Heart

I wanted a picture frame with the scrabble letters to give to some friends to celebrate their wedding. There was nothing in stock that was quite right so the lovely lady that runs the store made me something in a couple of days that was perfect and just gorgeous. Thank you!! Lovely shop and owner I always have the best service when I go in lovely cards and gifts inside. I make the point of shopping local and Shona makes it pleasant inside her shop for me to spend my money there. I will be going back again when I need more gifts and greeting cards.

I ordered a Hoodie from Filigree Heart and then decided I wanted another in a different colour. Later I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed Shona about this, she immediately offered to change both orders. Customer Service at Filigree Heart is brilliant, this is something that you do not always receive at big stores. Shona and Coco make you feel welcome and valued as a customer.

Really beautiful products, I’ve brought numerous gifts for people, which have all been received well. Most recently, I wanted a personalised baby hamper, which Shona, was able to make up to my specifications and it looked beautiful.

Lovely little independent shop selling lots of unexpected treasures. Shona and Coco are amazing nothing is ever too much trouble. They go above and beyond. (Coco is the dog, give him fuss and let him have his sun spot and he's a happy boy 😍)

The lady who owns the shop is polite and helps when you need advice on gifts and home items. She takes the time to listen to you and help you within your budget Range. There is gifts and home wares for all budgets in this shop. The items which I found brilliant are Bomb bath items candles melts which you can do in a box. cards elegant furniture it has Wedding decoration items There is lots of homeware items and gifts to make your home beautiful and really add to the style of your home It's a modern yet vintage at the same time gift and homeward shop which is stylish and offers unique items. Would highly recommend this shop
