Really tasty authentic italian style pizza, juicy wings with lovely sweet n smoky bbq sauce. Delivery was on time, tracking was way out of sync but pizza arrived hot and fresh tasting. Will definitely be ordering again.

Hello, I’m usually not writing bad reviews but I just could leave without expressing my disappointment. I’ve been customer for many years and it’s loved your pizza even when you went from authentic Italian pizza to something what you can get from any cheap hight street pizzeria. But lately quality of the food and service drastically dropped. One time I had to wait more than an hour after suggested arrival time, as I been told, due to heavy rain. In my opinion delivery business can’t relay on weather conditions but, knowing the process as I myself working in hospitality and dealing with delivery partners, that’s not why I was dissatisfied with my order. From previous experience receiving cold pizza which turns literally to stone, I asked person, who called me to inform that there is no available drivers, if pizza will be made again upon driver arrival. I was assured that that’s exactly what will happen. We spoke numerous time on the phone while i was waiting for my order. I’ve been offered free pizza next day, refund, free extra items (tiramisu desert, which came frozen). Non of rest compensation didn’t come but after all of this I did receive pizza, which clearly was reheated numerous time and burnt in the end. I believe we all know that that’s against H&S regulations. Today, now, I’m waiting for my order more then an hour after suggested time and all attempts to contact pizzeria ( btw Chiswick brunch) failed.

Excellent range of vegetarian pizzas and the gluten-free base was great. 45 mins from order to delivery, but that's not bad at 6pm on a Saturday.

Used to be great, but the pizzas have shrunk and the service has declined from average to non-existent. Last order took more than an hour and a half and the garlic bread was missing. No refund was forthcoming.
