Do not judge until you have spoken to family members and viewed home for yourself. If you research this you will find these are comments from staff who have left and who were not able to meet the criteria that we require for this type of environment Understandably we all want the best for our loved ones, so try reading the report that is posted online following recent inspection and contact home direct and speak to management yourselves. There are staff who have been working in the home long term who are very happy and who show dedication, compassion, empathy and who are very committed to providing care to a very high standard.

Sadly after a year my opinion has worsened on the level of care and commitment given by management and staff to the residents indeed it has been a extremely difficult time with COVID placing many restrictions on residents and their families. I would not live their or recommend anyone to send any member of their family to reside at Florence Justice under the current management regime

I'm somewhat surprised by the negative comments on here. My sister-in-law is 94 years old and has been a resident here since late 2018. We visited numerous care homes before selecting this one and have not regretted doing so at all. My sister-in-law has settled in far better than we anticipated she would, after living independently for so long. She is absolutely delighted that she can have her hair done weekly, on site! (At a VERY reasonable cost!) We have found the staff (and the owners) very friendly, understanding and caring. They are knowledgeable and cater for each resident's individual needs and preferences. The food is excellent and a good variety is available to choose from. Special days are held to celebrate special occasions (Birthdays, Christmas, Easter, Mothers Day etc.,) when all the residents, staff and visitors can participate. In the last few months there has also been an increase in the daily activities laid on for the residents which is excellent. Myself and my sister-in-law's friend arrived last week when one of the activities was underway - far from being made to feel awkward for arriving then, we were invited to join in - which we did and had a great time! I would certainly recommend this Care Home.

So many 5 star reviews when the inspection report clearly remarks the home has a lack of health and safety, poor practice concerning risk management, poor decoration which does not support the needs the home is supposed to meet. I experienced all these things within this home. It cannot possibly justify a 5 star review. Must be an inside job. I cannot see how anyone would be happy with the care provided here. The team does not have its act together and the wait for the food at mealtimes in totally unnecessary. Please read the inspection report, as someone else has picked up on. You will not trust any of the 5 star reviews. This is important. Older people deserve appropriate care including care which looks after their general health and safety. They do not deserve what is almost certainly false reporting.

My father has been a resident at Florence Justice for a few months now and we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision in choosing a home. All the staff are amazing, the care they provide is second to none. Dad has settled well and is really happy and thriving, he has nothing but praise for all the staff who go out of their way to ensure all the residents are happy and have everything they need. All Dad’s family and friends that visit Dad have expressed how fantastic the home and staff are. A big thank you to Caron and her team for your continued care and support given to Dad and all of us, we are so grateful to you all for making Dad’s transition into Residential Care as smooth as possible. We look forward to having many happy years with you all and think of you all as extended family. If anyone is looking for a Residential Care Home for a family member we can 100% recommend Florence Justice. Thank you all again from Allyson, Garry and all of Hank’s family, you truly are an amazing team xx
