Ordered food live 5 mins away took 1hr 40 mins to arrive freezing cold!! Phoned several times customer service as bad as the delivery service! Can't comment on how it tastes sent it bk!! Give this place a very WIDE birth is my advice

My first time there. Ordered half peri peri chicken to go with chips and drink. The chicken was literally raw under the top layer with blood oozing from it. Disgusting! I was worried I would get food poisoning as I’ve eaten some of it in the dark before tasting blood. See the pictures. Had to go back there to show them. The lady at the counter couldn’t believe it either but didn’t seem sincerely sorry, however, she half-heartedly blamed the guy at the back and offered to refund me. And immediately threw it in the bin without consulting the guy at the back of his mistake. It was late at night and opted to be given the same but making sure it’s properly grilled this time. Again, coming home, the second peri peri I got wasn’t properly grilled either and was quite ‘watery’ on the inside. I had to throw away most of it. I don’t know about their other meals but I wouldn’t recommend their peri peri chicken to anyone!

Absolutely disgusting not only was it late by nearly 40 mins it was freezing. The coating on my chicken was rubbery, my chicken was also raw 🤮 just to top it off I found hair in my burger

I am happy with the super affordable price and best peri wings I have eaten so far in Coventry. You gain a new regular customer . Thank you for your service.

i am a regular at this takeaway and order on a regular basis as i live nearby and i am a university student. I always order the peri-peri chicken and have had no problems with it whatsoever. I would highly recommend this as it's one of the best experiences I've ever had. Staff we're really friendly and Their food is spectacular. their food is one of the best I've ever had and would recommend this highly.
