Very friendly and helpful. We went to look at mobility cars. I could not get my wheelchair in the main entrance despite being step free because it was too narrow. So they opened a side entrance for me. They explained the car to us and answered all of our questions. Thank you.

My experience of premier ford as a customer around 15 years ago was awful. But I absolutely cannot fault my recent experience. My car went to premier ford following a crash for repairs. They are honest and true to there word and did there absolute best to get my car fixed as soon as they could. A courtesy car was avalible that same day that I was notified that they would complete the repairs and I was told I could keep the courtesy car until my car was ready. Katie Jenkins was my main point of contact and she was wonderful, prompt correspondence by telephone and email and happy to talk me through any paperwork that needed signing. My car is back looking beautiful again thanks to the repair team. Thank you so much!

Well ! I wasn’t originally going to leave a review of Premier Ford because I’d had enough of everything Ford, but what’s prompted me to leave a review is the way I’ve been treated again by this company. I suppose when you’re the main dealership of a popular brand on a small island you can afford to treat customers below the standard of which I’m sure Ford would expect. Below is a review of when I had to take my Ford transit custom in for yet more warranty work. Front staff were helpful as usual. Had dropped the van back to have parts replaced that were damaged on the previous booking with Ford. Waited around for the van that was brought back to me. Got van home new air box scratched and the sensor on the air box was still hanging off and not fixed. I give up ! Does no one check their work when it leaves the service area? I still think the worst thing that occurred whilst at the dealership was allowing both sides of my van’s paintwork to be damaged by seagull mess. I did drop into the dealership and ask them to wash it off as I was walking past and saw it. Unfortunately I was treated with the yep we’ll get it washed off. Unfortunately because they had left it on there for so long it had damaged the paint work. On a van with such low mileage and condition this was awful . I know they sucked up the labour charge I was supposed to pay because of it, but in all reality I had no other option. I certainly wasn’t going to let them spray both sides of the van with no guarantee of match quality. That and the issues I’ve had with the van has made the whole experience of owning this Ford rather frayed to say the least. On the upside they did find what four other Ford dealerships couldn’t. It’s just such a shame my van was treated with such disregard. It’s the only new van I’ve ever owned and Premier Ford damaged it. I know I’m probably quite rare in wanting to keep my van in such good condition but that’s me. In a workshop environment it’s easy to forget these vans are owned by private individuals who actually look after their vans. I paid for it and it’s a front window for my business. Just like your shiny showrooms. Update to fords reply. Ford gave me x amount of goodwill vouchers for the trouble I’ve encountered with the van. I Take the vouchers to premier Ford in Newport Isle of Wight and they say No we’re not accepting them and then give me a load of garbage as to why not. So I go to another dealership who had absolutely no problems accepting them and ordered up my items. So the upshot of this is just how petty this dealership can be when they throw there toys out. I think buyer beware comes to mind.

I really want to like premier ford you know the cars going to come back better than it was most times. But they do their best to put you off £180 going up to £300 to refill the gas in Aircon and check for leaks. I'm guessing the staff are on £90 an hour judging by how much they charge on top for labour.
