Needed a gearbox for my ford b max these guys had all the parts I needed . Worked brilliant even loaded parts into my boot. Parts fitted, car saved. very reasonable priced too .. Will go here first for all my ford parts in future . Highly recommend

Ordered a gearbox on 20 May. Initially, they were the first to quote and a good price and estimated 2-3 days delivery. 12 working days later the part arrives. When i called them they said its on its way...yet days later, i then get an email confirming its been dispatched. Be wary! check first when they will dispatch the part and when they expect it to arrive, who they use and can you track it. Wish i did.

All sounded good on the phone, but didn't send the gearbox, then sent a gearbox which was clearly the wrong one as it was worse than the one coming out. Wouldn't give me a refund and said I had to accept a replacement. Still delayed blaming the couriers but told a few days when bought it. Told old one collected a few days later and a week it is still in garage with garage complaining. It's not their fault as they were on holiday last week. So why didn't they organise the collection last week when delivering. Clearly have no idea what they are doing. Said if it is more than a couple of days I will have to bring it home to be collected. She then told me collected tomorrow, based on courier times, I guess that is a lie and don't expect that to happen anytime soon. Don't buy from them, sure all is well when they do it right, they just don't want to know when they do it wrong, as it sounds like it is always someone else's fault. How dare I not be happy when they haven't had a holiday all year, and I didn't get what I was sold!!!! And they say they ARE a professional company!!

Hit a massive pot hole and was left with a cracked alloy and ford telling me it’ll cost £250.. so I put out a request on BreakerLink for the first time (I didn’t really know what to expect) then I heard from FordBits with an alloy matching my picture. I called and spoke to them and bought it there and then at midday. Then by 3pm the next day it was here and on my car and in great condition for the price. Couldn’t recommend them anymore. Thanks everyone.

Paid for engine 20th June 2022, was told would receive this the following Monday 27th June 2022 delivered tk the garage. Received a call from the garage asking if I could chase up the engine as still hadn't arrived mid afternoon. Tried to call but no reply, left message. Called again Tueday 28th again ringing no answer and no reply back to my message that was left, this continued all week and Friday I got an answer when calling from another number and was told that there was a break in and would get back to me. Again no call back, so I rang again later that afternoon and was told still no answer for me. So I simply asked for a refund as I wasn't prepared to wait any longer as it had been waiting approx 2 weeks and I was refused the refund and was told she wasn't able to process this. Long and short of it is if you are prepared to take money from your customers have the courtesy to keep your customers updated from the unknown as we are not mind readers. This has been escalated via PayPal and PayPal advisor was awesome and closed the case and issued me the refund. From my personal experience I wouldn't go to them again, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and this is mine from the first time dealing with them. Sorry for the big essay but I wouldn't want anyone to be in the same position as me for a resolution that wouldn't happen if you left it to them. Would be a zero star rating but I have to leave a 1 as Google wouldn't let you post otherwise.
