Booked in for some works that shouldn't have taken more than a couple of hours. When I phoned up to enquire if it was ready I was told that staff had walked out and everything had gone wrong but my car was being worked on. Next morning, car was "on the ramp now" yet it certainly wasn't. Went to pick it up when it was finally done after they'd had it for nearly 2 days and they hadn't even done the MOT and then had the audacity to claim I didn't ask for one! What a bunch of incompetent people, failed as a business in my opinion and I will definitely not be coming back here again and would strongly advise anyone to go elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed. Explained in detail the problems I had been having with my car and they failed to detect that my thermostat housing was leaking. Tried to charge me £600 initially for unnecessary work completely unrelated to the car’s problems… A few days after the “servicing” and “repairs” my car displayed a red warning light and I had to call the AA. Another garage correctly identified the issue and repaired my thermostat housing for a very reasonable price. I am shocked that I was extortionately charged despite failing to identify the problem and doing unnecessary work to the car
